Mode of action

Clethodim: inhibits acetyl-coenzyme A carboxylase, the second enzyme common to both fatty acid and flavonoid biosynthetic pathways. haloxyfop-R-methyl: absorbed by the foliage and roots, and hydro- lysed to haloxyfop-P, which is translocated to meristematic tissues, and inhibits their growth.
