Mode of action

Copter 90% SP has two methods of effect through direct contact with the insect, or an infectious effect that occurs when the insect eats the plants treated with methomyl. Where it inhibits the enzyme acetylcholine esterase, which leads to the accumulation of acetylcholine, and the death of the insect.
