Clear Plus 35% SE

Clear plus 35% SE is a broad spectrum post-emergence, systemic and selective herbicide.

Bromoxynil octanoate: inhibits photosynthetic electron transport and also uncouples oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria, thereby stopping energy production and negatively affecting plant respira- tion. Terbuthylazine: absorbed principally through the roots, but also through the foliage, translocated acropetally in the xylem and accumulated in the apical meristems and leaves and binds to the plastoquinone-binding protein in photosystem II, inhibiting elec- tron transport.

• Extended effect on control of annual broad-leaved weeds and grasses in a variety of crops.

• Due to low aqueous solubility, Terbuthylazine does not appreciably penetrate to lower levels of the soil and consequently has a little effect on deep rooted crops.
